Texan Western Wear – Return & Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all merchandise purchased from Texan Western Wear (“Company”). By completing a purchase, the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Returns and exchanges shall be permitted only once per transaction and must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days from the date the merchandise is delivered to the Customer.
1.2. All merchandise must be returned in unused, unworn, and as-new condition, with all original packaging, tags, and inserts included.
1.3. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
2. Special Conditions for Boots
2.1. The Company will only accept returns or exchanges of boots if the soles are free from scratches, scuffs, or any indication of wear.
2.2. Customers are strongly advised to try on boots indoors on carpeted surfaces to prevent damage to the soles.
3. Exchanges
3.1. For approved exchanges, the Company shall cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the Customer.
3.2. A non-refundable processing fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) will be charged for the issuance of a prepaid UPS return label.
3.3. Outbound shipping charges for the replacement item shall be waived.
4. Returns
4.1. Returns will only be accepted if requested within the seven (7) day period specified above.
4.2. Returned merchandise must be in unused and as-new condition. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage shall be deemed ineligible for return.
4.3. Refunds will be processed within two (2) to three (3) weeks following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and will be credited to the original form of payment.
4.4. Shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable fees are non-refundable.
5. Final Sale Items
5.1. The following categories of merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
Clearance or discounted merchandise;
Promotional or special offer items;
Customized, altered, or personalized merchandise.
5.2. By purchasing final sale merchandise, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that such items are sold “as is” and without eligibility for return or exchange.
6. General Provisions
6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time, without prior notice, provided that the version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
6.2. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6.3 Prices are subject to correction.
