Shipping Policy

At Texan Western Wear, we strive to deliver your western apparel and boots as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our detailed shipping information.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed starting the following Monday.

  • Please note we are Closed on Tuesdays, so orders received on Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days.

  • APO/FPO Shipping: We proudly ship to military addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Providers

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely at your doorstep.

5. Damages and Issues

Texan Western Wear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories.
