Returns & Exchanges

At Texan Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don’t fit perfectly or your hat isn’t exactly what you expected, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging (including the original boot box).

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item is defective, Texan Western Wear will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges: For all other returns (change of mind, size preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

  • Worn or used boots (boots must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@texanwesternwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Do not use the boot box as the shipping box; please place the boot box inside another shipping container.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us to arrange a direct exchange if the size is available.
